Selfdefense, meditation, breathing, balance,
movement, confidence and relaxation
are encompassed in the training.

A NEW Introductory Course
will start on October 25, 2016:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 7pm to 8pm,
and Sundays 10am to 11am.
