Six-Week Introductory Course to Ki-Aikido
starts Tuesday, March 19:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00pm to 9:00pm,
until April 25; fee $100
Movement, balance, inner strength, meditation, breathing and more
will be what makes up these classes.
